You might be confused on the terms. Cis is the opposite of trans. You can be attracted to members of your same gender without being trans. It’s much more common to be cis and homosexual than to be trans.

The adjectives cis and lesbian refer to different attributes. Cis refers to gender identity, so her gender matches her sex assigned at birth (in this case, a woman assigned female at birth). A lesbian refers to her sexual attraction, so a woman who is attracted to other women.
