That’s not how federation works. I’m commenting from hexbear on our all page. It’s a feature not a bug.

A user cannot currently block an entire instance. They can block individual profiles and communities, but not the whole instance. I wish we could, because seeing the contuct of Hexbear users here makes me want to block all of you
