Yes, your reverse proxy serves this and only then the actual service when the client solved it

Kind of, but your browser needs to solve it (which classic ai scrapers weren’t able to)
So it is not something that a normal user sees like a puzzle you need to solve before accessing a certain service?
The user sees it but just has to wait a bit, see the screenshot in the OP.
