  The split up of votes is crazy accurate. 2 shithole countries doing vile things want to keep oppressing another, Ukraine is too busy with their own shit, and everyone else is just trying to keep the peace.

    I think there may be more to Ukraine’s abstention than being “too busy with their own shit,” probably they don’t want to annoy the US govt and risk having military aid further reduced.

      Likely true. On a surface level I just find it interesting how this split up can be used as a summary of the state of the world powers.
