    It’s Lemmy.

    The user base is tiny. And clients have tags.

    For example, I didn’t follow you here. But, because I have your account tagged as ‘Rhodesia Lover’ I know whenever I see your account elsewhere, like here, you’re the racist that believes that unless there is a complete destruction of everyone involved that there is continuity of government.

    So, by your definition, basically the only governments that don’t have continuity is…

      No, a good example would have been the Frelimo fight against the Portuguese colonialists in Mozambique that resulted in a declaration of independence and the creation of a new state.

      The example of Zimbabwe is is somewhere between that and the relatively reformist transition in South Africa, as Rhodesia (in agreement with their government) briefly reverted to being a British colony on paper to conduct elections which the previous rebel forces won and then formally declared independence from the UK.

      I find it highly slanderous to be labled a “Rhodesia lover” for simply stating historical facts. Rhodesia was a racist apartheit state I am absolutly opposed to.

        Yes out context it can seem that way, but when you’re following a user around commenting on their stuff when you’re clearly in the middle of an argument with them makes it clear you probably aren’t just dropping by to wish their car well. OP post is 2 hours old. Your comment is an hour old. You just happened across another (8h old) post by OP to comment about their cat? Come on.
