The fact is they want to modify copyright laws to allow for the preservation of media, the amount of corporate backlash is absolutely massive and I wouldn’t be surprised if shadowy forces are ensuring this doesn’t go anywhere. In addition governments see absolutely no historical, educational, cultural, or historical value in video games.
So you’re assuming based on failed attempts. Psa: there is no relation between things failing and the likelyhood of them succeeding. Many things have failed many times and then succeeded.
I know that. And you’re right that corporations are working hard to keep good things from happening. I’m saying history and science are disagreeing with you.
