Hm did you maybe change the material of your nozzle? I have experienced something similar when I changed to a different material Komposition of my nozzle. After checking with a thermal cam it showed a pretty big change in temperature, because the new nozzle was losing heat faster.
Further this could also happen due to distance between the heater and the thermobullet or because the cable or bullet was fried.
To check if you extrusion motor is dying, you could take some really cheap filament and pace out how much material is being pulled when you command the printer to extrude say 20 cm. For that mark 20 cm from your extrude intake up the filament. If you do this a couple of times you could see if there is a different amount of extrusion, if your extrusion is what you printer is expecting and if you have a problem there.

Oh good thought. The material didn’t change, and we’ve ensured the humidity is correct, but it could potentially be a bad batch of filament. I’ll give that a quick run with something small to check.
