I don’t get why they don’t just have like, install cards with cheaper but slower storage on them for smaller game devs or extra large games that require installation to the system first before it can run. Seems like the in-between of key cards and full speed game cards which still might be faster than downloads and also helps game preservation by having the game actually on the card.
