    There are many reasons to criticise this game, but short version should be “it is still not even half of what it calls itself”.

    I will also buy a complete edition when they sell it. Not because I think it still has issues, but they are just releasing DLC now, so any version you buy will be incomplete (because it doesn’t include the DLC).

    I would like all game content on physical media and that requires the game to be finished and all DLC released (and its patches).

  This is the only expansion they are doing so this is it being finished. I doubt there will be any substantial patches after this one.
