Mexico already decriminalized having an amount of drugs for personal use in 2009.
The issue is the US is the highest consumer of drugs from Mexican cartels and also helps arm and train them. So, tell Trump to legalize drugs and create jobs through domestic production of drugs and see how well that goes.
