I think that if someone gets instance-banned (as that account did), that admins can purge some or all comments at the same time, and this doesn’t end up in the modlog.

I don’t actually have any real knowledge here, I’m mostly trying to comment something incorrect to bait someone who actually knows into making an informative comment to correct the misinformation in mine
