ampersandrew@lemmy.world 5 days agoConsoles just have a dwindling list of use cases, so trying to create problems that furthers their use is going to have much the same effect as cable companies trying to pretend that streaming video services don’t exist.

Yeah we’re very quickly getting to the point that consoles are just moot.
With linux support increasing , I expect that to escalate since a lot more hardware will be in reach for running games.
