A human? As in just one? You need an entire studio to produce an entire season of qualtiy (emphasis) animation, and at this point the AI is not actually providing anything useful and should be excised.

Like perhaps 99% of people alive today, I’m lucky if I can afford hiring even one human if I don’t have the talent.
Then you're not going to make a full anime like that, let alone a good one.
