Do I need to read Dark Alex 1 through 16 to have an appreciation of the plot or can I jump in here?

Was it you that I have asked if you were the same Dark Alex from the PSP custom firmware scene?

Nah just jump in at 17. Though if you ask me, the OG DarkAlex was the best.
TL;DR, the original DarkAlex was the guy who basically singlehandedly built all the custom firmwares for PSP hacking back in the day. That massively influenced me while I was growing up. So when I started becoming an engineer myself and building things, I wanted to pay homage to them. So, since my name is Alex too, I made my username the same Dark-Alex. The 17 is just a distinguisher from the original dev. 17 is just a lucky number in my family so it made sense to add.
