Comment on Why do people insist on not answering ALL the questions in an email or text message?
Mesophar@pawb.social 1 week agoMaybe that works for internal and business communications, but if it is communication externally with clients there are a lot of people that just don’t answer their phone. Sometimes it is important stuff, and sometimes there are followup questions.
“XYZ is no longer available. Would you like ABC instead?
How many of ABC would you like?”
