Built a new workbench in my basement. Also scraped the old paint up and re-sealed the basement floor. Relocated utility sink to be away from circuit breaker panel. Plumbed it in above floor drain. Have a small patch of floor left to scrape & re-seal. Then install a new wall behind utility sink. And a shower stall next to the sink.

A good workspace is a thing of Zen. Enjoy your clean workbench, because that will change in a week and it will never be this clean again!
