Everyone responds differently so really to find what helps you concentrate you need to experiment with different products and formulations.

I have ADHD and I take edibles from time to time. Edibles make me concentrate and notice things. Also, I take a dose appropriate for my tolerance (which is rather low). So I’m high, but I’m not so high I’m detached from reality or near a coma.
