      Same thing that happens to everyone else without Down’s Syndrome. They get drunk.

      What happens after that is going to be an absolute grab bag of situations depending on the individual, but the vast majority of those interactions won’t be positive if the person has this type of antagonist underlying personality trait. The best you can hope for is that they’re a happy drunk, which makes it much easier to help them to go to bed.
