I want them to take all the time they need. The more time in the oven, the better.
Only as long as it’s not in the oven so long due to mismanagement and constantly changing direction.

Team cherry is like 4 people, I’m confident that’s not a problem.
It could be the sudden and unexpected success of Hollow Knight paralyzing them the way that happened with Valhiem.
This could be, hollow knight is one hell of a bar to clear. Or their main dev might just be addicted to balatro and there’s no way to factor or predict that kind of impact.

I didn’t check, but I’d guess it’s the same small group of people who made the first one.
Maybe at this point they are holding off to make it a switch 2 launch title.
