Comment on Child poverty hits record high in UK with nearly 4.5 million in low income households

Reporting absolute numbers is fine but I really prefer precent changes.

Per this article it looks like child poverty grew 3% in one year.

It looks like the UK population grew by roughly 0.3% in the same time.

So child poverty grew nearly 10x faster than population. That seems like a dramatic change.
