Well, I guess I’m technically a winner. From what I can tell, nothing substantial.

The most significant may actually be the Doctors & PBS increased funding, though I’ve been lucky on the health side of things so far.

Things are tough for a lot of people, and I hope those who really need it find something in the budget that helps them.
