…what different paths have been taken? Certainly not enacting a tax code that would make multiple unit ownership progressively unfeasible. That’s just a start. Of course, that would take the electorate to actually be educated and informed in their voting and stop reelecting these geriatric ghouls on both sides of the aisle.
