It occurred to me that if that’s deep down the largest value point I place on romantic relationships, I probably don’t belong in ones that are anything but physical. It was kind of a liberating realization.

I’ve been lucky enough to find some women that are a lot of fun to be around, and understand my interests at a deep level. I’d describe it as kind of like friendship, but with a woman
