  Americans? That’s what taxes are for, helping your fellow countrymen. Thanks for demonstrating your lack of understanding of economy of scale, and the fact that without support from a supposed to be non partisan body, that anybody can get helped. Charities don’t help everyone.

    Well if so many want to give, then that would scale up. If nto that many want to give, then they don’t get it
