The federal government owns a ridiculous amount of land.
no, the land belongs to all Americans. it isn’t “owned” because unlike private property, the land has multiple multiple layers of restrictions on how it can be leased, used, and preserved for the benefit of future generations.
it’s the opposite of the common definition of “owned” it is held in trust.
And Trump is going to ignore all of that, just sell it off anyway, and the Tribunal of Six will give him a rubber stamp and a gold star if anyone actually challenges it.
agreed. all i can say is,
