This also neatly plays into my other reason for defederation: Hexbears seem acutely susceptible to lengthy preaching and insatiable defense of their ideology. Even if such ideology didn’t involve beheading the heretics, it’s unwelcome as an off-topic distraction in almost all situations and communities suffer as a result.

And as we are getting increasingly more used to from “general-purpose instances”, you have delivered a miniscule, flippant and pithy one-liner that does exactly what you accuse her of doing.
Whether you realised or did this willingly is yet to be seen.
It seems pretty apparent that all of the most ardently anti-Hexbear users on here aren’t operating in good faith. Comments like yours make it pretty apparent. Just say that you don’t want Hexbear federated because it’s communist, and you’re a staunch anti-Communist.

Oh my god I thought you wanted to act in good faith.
I literally just showed you that the description of what we want to do is literally already what states currently do, what Berlin has voted to do and will soon carry out. If you don’t understand that the only difference here is the choice of language then I urge you to re-read what I wrote, many times. I have nothing more to say to you, and will not respond further to someone so clearly participating in bad faith.
