is there an easy way to export all my map markers from google to organic? I’ve saved a lot of locations over the years.

Wrote App Store review, then deleted maps. Installed Organic Maps to replace.

hmm I wondered this too. I have a ton of starred places as well as some custom lists. I wasn’t able to find anything to do it, but would also be interested in this.

Based. Organic maps is a great navigation app. I also like magic earth :)

I’ve been struggling without public transportation in Organic. It kinda works? Like it shows the path but doesn’t actually show the stops or station names

Unfortunately, the reality is that OSM (what Organic Maps gets its data from) is volunteer-run, and most likely nobody’s gotten to the bus stops near you yet. The GOOD news is that OSM is easily editable with something like Street Complete on Android, Open Stop on either iOS or Android, or from the comfort of your home on www.openstreetmap.org . There’s other apps too, like EveryDoor and GoMap!! for iOS and Mac. If there’s something missing, please feel free to add it, and get in touch with others in your area to help contribute! I’ve done my own share of updating outdated places, adding new locations, and annotating stuff like street lighting, street surfaces, and so on.
