Of course there wasn’t. Calling it like that was a marketing ploy to pull in leftist workers (see eg en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_Party). Fun part is that this trick still works, given how often it is used as evidence that “left-leaning people are the real nazis”.
