  Decent, but I think it’s a little odd:

  • collectibles require backtracking in levels, yet they also record time, so I’m not sure if they’re recommending speed or exploration
  • you can buy lives/extra hearts in the store (why?)
  • some things can be fiddly

  I think Yooka-Laylee is way better, but it’s still fun.

    Hmm, considering it already reminded me of the second game (not bad but I did prefer the original, even if it was “worse”) I’ll probably skip this one. Thanks!
