Turns out the thing that was wrong with the blower was it’d rusted. Half a can of wd40 and some vigorous cleaning was enough to get it working again. As for the windows, it’s not a quick fix but it is at least free and easy. I just need to reattach the panes to the lifting mechanism. So hopefully the car is fully functional soon.
