4lan@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoIf they want new tech why get on an iPhone program? They are withholding progress to give a slow trickle over time. I guarantee I could not tell the difference between the last 3 years of iPhones if you put them in front of me.

Because being in the in crowd is more of a status symbol at that level then for things like cars.
