Dnf took just over 14 years, and i think holds the Guinness record still. However, I’m sure other games will take it provided they ever release, like SC or Beyond Good and Evil 2. The key point is the games actually have to release.
As an original Kickstarter backer of Star Citizen, honestly I’ve played enough to compensate me for my $40 over the years, at this point if the game releases it’ll just be a nice surprise.
