buddascrayon@lemmy.world 2 months agoI lieu of that, I’d say the mods should just go limp. Stop moderating content and let posters run wild. The company needs to realize just how much their business model depends on all that unpaid labor.

I think they realize but know these mods are addicted to the fake power so they won’t go anywhere no matter what
