The science is that any calorie deficit makes you loose weight. Literally any foox is “healthy” as per this ad’s “reasoning”
Going out for a run with the dog while leaving your full (minus the one bite, and that’s debatable because the spoon stops short of the lips) bowl of cereal sitting on the counter instead of eating it is apparently the way this lady stays slim.
