One of the few games I played 3 times to see all the endings, then a 4th just to make sure they weren’t hiding one.
The sanity effects were good, but were very similar to Psycho Mantis reading your memory card on the OG PS1 MGS.

True, I forgot to mention that in the post!
For those who don’t know: The main story is always the same, but the cutscenes and enemies differ, depending on which ancient one you are fighting against. While I also played it through 3 times, you can of course also just watch the other scenes and enemies on YouTube nowadays.
