I’m an old, and in my lifetime weed went from “smoke a joint and relax” to “take the tiniest bit of flower I can ignite and be two joints into the day”. I have friends who are “I’ve got a patch on, I had two gummies, and I just took a bong rip”, high as giraffe pussy, and while I’m happy for them, that’s just not the “high” that drew me into the profession decades ago.
There is a world of difference between having two beers after work every day, and a fifth throughout the day. There are no more “beers” for weed, it’s all shine. We are going to have to “relearn” what it means, cognitively and physically, to be a marijuana enthusiast.
