Duterte was pro China and has anti US stance. BBM is pro US (Not necessarily pro Trump). So probably not 50%.

Flooding in Manila is terrible in regular rainy season. I can’t imagine what this storm will look like. I’m glad the people are finally getting fed up with the corrupt politicians.
