Nice! I have a similar build! I recently discovered proxmox and now have my home assistant, Plex server, and a full arr stack up on it. I should look into automated backing up of photos 🤔. Turns out, hording all my old gaming PC hardware was the right call. With component prices these day it feels like a small fortune having extra hardware, drives, and ram laying around! (The wife finally agrees lol 🤣)
