Teams does a lot of things right, it was designed to replace Skype business and in that aspect they have definitely made something better and easier to interact with. That being said it’s still a garbage chat app, and I would never use it outside of work.

I have been using Spectacle for a few years now, I quite prefer it over snip (though the last version of snip I used was win7)!

God I hope not, that would lead to awful battery health and lots of laggy interactions with devices over Bluetooth since the bandwidth for bt5 is 2 Mbps

Looks like drooping to me, I would see if lowering nozzle temp improves/solves this

Firefox will live on regardless of Mozilla’s support. Since it’s FOSS the community will keep it alive

- Comment on do you think it's worth to update an old CR-10s? 5 months ago:
I would consider them essential upgrades rather than essential parts, since they are competely optional and aren’t required to make the printer functional!
There are endless amounts of upgrades for printers this is barely touching the surface!
- Comment on do you think it's worth to update an old CR-10s? 5 months ago:
I still rock my cr-10 v1 only changes I’ve made, added cr touch, added second z lead screw, added creality direct drive extruder, added a pi with octoprint, replaced all fans with noctuas including the control box, added dampeners on all steppers and replaced the original glass plate for a textured glass plate
Thing still prints like a dream, and more accurately than the 30k$ printer at my work lol
So I would say yeah upgrade it, it’s worth it
- Comment on Steam has now officially stopped supporting Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1. 5 months ago:
Get this set it to 2000, not even your great grand kids will have to worry about it.

Yeah I don’t blame valve for Microsoft dropping security updates and neglecting the last good version of windows. I’ve switched to Linux where this will never happen.

- Comment on Have you ever seen this type of print failure? 7 months ago:
I have seen something similar to this while printing tpu but never with pla
I have heard of silk pla filament jamming but this looks like more of a retraction problem to me
If it’s a jam check to make sure that your nozzle is clear of any debris
If it’s retraction
Either too many retractions happening too quickly breaking the fillament at your extruder
Or
Retraction distance is too far

Personally I just use Redirector because all the add-ons specific for invidious are either broken or set to instances that are dead!

Exactly! It seems the other people in comments here don’t understand that this is just a net positive for workers!

Yep! No one wants these jobs lol
- Comment on Fears of employee displacement as Amazon brings robots into warehouses 8 months ago:
The big reason corporations are using robots instead of human labor is because people either don’t want to work or can’t hold a position.
The turnover rate is actually insane in these positions; enough so that they would rather spend more paying a technician to set up an automated cell with robots, PLC’s, pneumatic slides, ect.
It’s sad af but don’t blame the robots or the technicians, this is not their fault.

I just put a Amazon box over my printer, turned on brim, turned off part cooling and put glue stick over the print area! No warping from it! Did a lot of my voron parts like this before I built a proper enclosure!
It doesn’t have to be anything super complicated, it just needs to keep the heat in
- Comment on Be honest folks, how bad are y'all's resin build plates? 9 months ago:
Yeah, it comes out real nice and clear with the only downsides being that it sticks to the buildplate like concrete and supports are damn near impossible to remove Had to pull out a rubber mallet to remove a print once
