I’m thankful for that.

Just Enterprise. Man I still hate that intro.

- Comment on Is it safe to use pans with peeling nonstick coating? 11 months ago:
It depends. I ruined my Teflon, but my cast iron is great. Mostly I just hate plastic spatulas.
- Comment on Is it safe to use pans with peeling nonstick coating? 11 months ago:
Cast iron is non-stick and so much easier to clean

Oh I never tried using the mouse with Harmony. I’m not even sure I knew that was possible.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 year ago:
Harmony was how I controlled my HTPCs. But once I moved from MythTV to Plex, I just started using Roku or Google TV frontends. They just worked so much more reliably and were super cheap.

Just for fun, let me buy every upsell, regardless of whether I want or need it.
And then let me compare that to the normal configuration of things I bought…
Why don’t you compare apples to apples. Configure an M3 MBP like you would with fairly normal specs?

I’d rather not have to go to a different community to discuss a post.

I’d rather just have different communities. There are some instances I’d prefer not to have to go to and this proposal would give more controls to the bigger communities.

Almost all of the front ends do this already.

It’s definitely a good choice. And there will always be jobs. But job security is pretty minimal.

So they’ll perform these “tests” like the military “training” exercises at the start of the war.

Who told you that? AFAIK that was definitely never true about computer tech jobs.

I do wish Tesla had Android Auto, but their software is really quite good.
Mostly I just want different music apps like Plex and Newpipe.
The nav stuff is mostly fine. SMS integration is good. Video apps while parked is good.

Is having one party absent better than having one party present but uncooperative?
Yes. Because Russia will just derail the conversation if they’re present.
- Comment on Is lemmy.ml turn into authoritarian? 1 year ago:
There’s a reason I don’t mod any communities on that instance. I don’t understand why other people would either.
- Comment on Is lemmy.ml turn into authoritarian? 1 year ago:
I unsubscribed from world news on lemmy.ml as soon as I heard about them being tankies. Lemmy.world has the same community with mostly the same posts anyway.
- Comment on Having separate dongles for network, audio, video etc. is even worse than just having specific cables for each 1 year ago:
Just get 1 dongle that you have everything plugged into. Ten you only need to plug your laptop into 1 thing. Bam. Super convenient.

I’d start with a trash can nearby. Almost none of them that I’ve been to have a trash that’s anywhere close.
