I would suggest the adding of said time stamp would be an action, that would be actionable by CP or laws that protect the children. But also we worry to much and the state goes too far. They have been for years trying to get porn online banned (or gated), and its for the children, but it would be much better and simpler to make a .kids domain and make it a walled garden, then you could show intent by adults to get in there. Then the parents that want their children in the safe area, support it and pay for those things and those companies could be better monitored for data issues and tracking instead of the other way around (not that I like my data being stolen 100's of times a day, but its my choice if I want to use more secure means or not).
- Comment on Legal row could finally force mystery artist Banksy to reveal his real name 9 months ago:
You dont have to tell anyone anything you did, and when its a crime (which most street art is) then you have rights against that. But this isnt even about him, its about a middlegroup that hasent done that same thing, So if I was him and being like fuck these fat cats, I wouldnt ever say this is my art again, they can all go fuck themselves.

A lot of larger citys will also have things on the books (not sure if it will effect commercial zoned buildings) but if they are empty they will be charged much higher tax rates. And also if you turn on the lights in a place its normally the whole area is turned on. So if they get 3 people to come in they are spending the same power that a full office would need (assuming they have workstations there) if not then they need to wait till the contract they have allows for some sort not full payout with other penalties (which when you see a biz go under the lease holder will be part of the creditors that get money well before employees).
- Comment on ‘Zombie Offices’ Spell Trouble for Some Banks - The New York Times 10 months ago:
You have never leased out a office building I can see. If you area going to spend 100,000's even into more to make the office space (as you build to suit inside the space as well) you wanna know you have it for so long. So it was good for biz as they knew they would have it for a decade maybe more and protect the investment. And it would also lock in the rent rates for that time so they could stave off inflating rents (there is a normally a year over year % increases built into the lease so the company that owns the building doesnt loose out too bad).
It was also something that C levels were spending their money on, they would own the property company and get even more out of it. They could spend a ton with a bank with the thought of I can tell you for sure biz X will be there for this many years and will pay the principal of the loan over this time, we also built space for other offices inside the building and we will give a discount to anyone that used or is referred by your bank. Again stacking security onto the loan they got, plus more to put on a plate of a potential biz start up.

these leases are like 10 to 30 years, its not like a yearly one.

well if the digimon case taught them anything, they dont own the idea of monsters that you can catch, and if they are based on real world animals you cant really own them, outside of name.

This isnt the way the law (as you said it was codified into) reads, social welfare programs like earned income tax credits are in fact a subsides for things you do. You have a kid here is X amount, but what the ones you listed are only the ones that help individuals, not corporations or other employers which are still welfare. You are saying that companies can be poor and they still are fine and we go on, but fucking humans, you have a bad year, you loose your right to vote.
Now dont get me wrong, I do think with social programs there should be added weight. We could require those that need help with food for children they get 3 months or what ever the term of the birth control they take is on. Both would be provided freely and it would help make sure that they dont get deeper in debt when they feel the pressure soften. If they dont wish too, then they are fine to say no, but in that case you cant get the help. If you were suggesting those kind of things, you might seem reasonable, but to say they lose the right to vote over it is non-sense.
- Comment on Fuck Ubisoft. 11 months ago:
well also you might wanna look into pirating their titles (even if you do 'own' them), as they have made it clear they dont want you to have any control over the games you buy, like access to them in the future. So say the epic steam thing goes belly up, epic closes, ubi will not see a reason to give you access on their service or steam if they move their games there.

Its not a weird rabbit hole, you said one thing with nothing to back it up and on top of that you doubled down and said it was codified into law. Show me the law you speak of. I told you the language of the programs you called not welfare where they were indeed called just that. Just back up your argument you say is in law.
- Comment on 'Go woke, go broke' 11 months ago:
please post these laws, and I will have you know that both of those were written and said to be social welfare project so I would assume that language is still in there for them. Once you show me the laws you speak of, I will go ahead and read those bills in better detail and find that language for you.

I dont think you understand what welfare is, its hand outs to people that other wise would not make it. And the conservative party has called both of the things you mentioned (subsidies and Social Security) welfare and that the market should determine what and how much of that sector is needed. And I was born on a reservation, I am very familiar with what Americans consider a welfare handout. If you are speaking of just the ones that help out the poor then we will need to stop all the gas/energy credits that would save a ton of money right there. I mean that would save 10 billion in fuel subsidies alone! I mean that would only look like 100$ a person for those that drive and consume fuels, but we saw what that did to trucking nationwide, so it would echo out more to like 300$ a household. But its a start.
- Comment on 'Go woke, go broke' 11 months ago:
So any state that takes more then they give in federal funds would also be looked at and their thoughts on federal matters would be curtailed? And does social security and the subsidies that we give to farmers and to oil and coal workers would disqualify them, as these are social hand outs. Lets really look into this, I think you are onto something. Seems there are some subsidies for first time home owners, seems all 501c3's are also subsidized so anyone working for a PAC/SuperPAC would qualify, also looks like all the auto workers (seems also all the plane makers take big hand outs for each person they employ) and most 'built in the USA' are also getting these hand outs.

Well it hasent been dont ever, in any country, even in the most patrolled boarder in the world, people still make it from North Korea to South and vice versa. So the common solution, has been find and deport. But if you have a better idea, or solution that no one else in the world has been able to make work, go ahead and share with the class.
- Comment on Texas Refuses To Comply With Federal Government's Cease and Desist Letter Over Border Enforcement 11 months ago:
You say he is not doing enough, he has deported more then the past presidents. So what is it you are wanting him to do? He left the wall up, and in some places continued to install. If you want more armed people on those boarders you will have to pay those people. Texas would need to up the taxes for this kind of force, or should this be a fed thing, if so this already is, they cant be held to account if they are not allowed to even view or maintain the areas.

What about being poor makes you unfit to vote? And what is poor, is it a hard line number, is it home and land ownership, what is the corral you would like these voting people to be in? Also this is what we left when we got away from the lords and ladies system of the monarchy, and I think the founding fathers would frown on this idea.
