It does help a bit, but most stuff I watch on my TV with ads (Hulu, YouTube, and YouTube TV) don’t work unless the ads are unblocked as well :’(

It may also end up using their account for other tasks like backups, and what if I forget that super strong password I made 5+years ago and Sony decides I can’t get that account back.
I had a PS3 with accounts I wanted to come back to, and without Sony’s approval they can just lock you out, even if you have the old email it was linked to, along with some transaction information. Locked out of games I paid for. We’ve seen plenty of hostility towards this practice from publishers, but Sony is big enough they can skate by.

- Comment on Ultra-white ceramic cools buildings with record-high 99.6% reflectivity 11 months ago:
Most coatings like paint that have this effect include ceramics to do most of the reflection, but the other paint stuff the ceramic substrate is emulsified in does not have near the reflectivity, so you’re impairing yourself if reflectivity/heat rejection is the only goal.

Is there an ultimate pickle-obelisk in the middle? If so, this may be mankinds ultimate sandwich.

Ideally it would be popular enough that you wouldn’t need the site modifier. Google would see that Lemmy has the most seen and perpetuated answer just like it sometimes does with Reddit now, whatever the instance.
