  Only if you’d removed and fixed all other bottlenecks that would gain you more than 0.02%. And I’m not convinced there are many if any projects of any reasonable size where that has been the case.

  Obedience isn’t something that should be valued. It is not a particularly useful life skill. Mindlessly following orders isn’t what I want my kids to do in life.

  Everything. It’s going on a network not connected to the internet so I don’t want to exclude something and have go through the faff of getting extra bits that end up being needed.

  Can confirm. Have had to download the full VS 2022 Pro over a shit wifi connection at work 55GB. It took half a day then failed. Re run the command to recheck every package and get the missing / broken ones and it is a single threaded app so it takes forever computing file hashes on one thread.

  In the end it took around 7.5 hours.

  SAFe Agile can go fuck itself. It’s the worst of everything, isn’t actually agile and is a disease infesting corporations who don’t know any better.

  All these methodologies and philosophies are all invented so a few people can sell books, training and lectures.

  I run a few services that require ports to be open. Everything that can go behind a reverse proxy does so. But there’s some that can’t and that’s OK.
