Condensation on milk barcodes causes scanning issues I’ve found

I can hear the executive after they got the crowd shot and somebody noted the stands looked pretty empty: “Just have the AI fill it in”

I feel like this is the first of many to start doing things like this. Probably leaving shortly teaser type videos on YouTube pointing to the actual content

See… I have seen this a number of times, but honestly, I don’t think space is the biggest issue in a plane, I always assumed it was weight. So if you pack in more people they’re going to be heavy + their luggage so it’s not going to save the airline that much money, but people would HATE this, so I don’t see it happening yet.

This is great, I’ll have to check out dawncaster. I had seen it before and wasn’t totally sure if it’s worth diving in, but I need a new android card game right now

Slay the spire is the best, I probably have 400-500 hours played in it, but as I don’t see anybody else recommending it, I would check out Nowhere Prophet as well. It has some slight tactical elements but the core is a good rogue-like deck builder. It’s much harder than slay the spire IMO which has meant it’s not quick as pick up and play fun to me.

Everytime I see this Picture, I really think of it as a wonderful form of modern art.

It’ll be exciting to see who steps in and provides this service to in the void being left… Surly Netflix won’t try and stop somebody coming in and running a boutique service for those still interested in this…
Also I’ve now learned that gamefly both still exists and has a DVD by mail service

FYI, this is from a parody account that makes up facts/quotes. Still funny, but in a “The Onion” way
- Comment on Monthly Recommendations Thread: What are you playing? 1 year ago:
My patient game would be Slay the spire, I still play it on either switch or Android several times a week.
However, this year I did something unusual for myself and not patient: I bought Zelda: tears of the kingdom (I did wait about a month after release). Ive already put probably 300 hours into it, and still have quite a bit more I can do, so the $/hour of entertainment value there I don’t think ive matched.
- Comment on Collectively, Lemmy has a substantive comment issue 1 year ago:
I’ve been trying specifically to comment on posts in area where I want more content with something related to the post. There hasn’t necessarily been more NBA discussions, but I usually get a response from the poster, which is how you start the snowballs rolling I think

Yeah. It just feels like we need about 50% more users to help populate things a bit more here. Mastodon feels much more active/full to me, probably because it has a year or so already, and Xitter has done some many things to help drive people to alternatives.
I’m pretty happy with Lemmy as it is, but would certainly welcome another influx of people

Very excited. I don’t always have enough time for games of this length, but always try and keep up with the better games in the genre.

Idk, this feels like something that wasn’t entirely needed. We’ll see if it’s any good
