- Comment on Prank calls don't really exist anymore with caller ID and everyone sending unknown numbers to voicemail. 3 months ago:
Back then “if it’s important they would call”. Recently, “they will call back if it’s important”. Now, “they will leave a message if it’s important.”
- Comment on The RTS genre will never be mainstream unless you change it until it's 'no longer the kind of RTS that I want to play,' says Crate Entertainment CEO 6 months ago:
There was one on Xbox original where you talk using the headset. It’s military with tanks, etc. Its like "unit 3 attack objective A… All units hold… Unit 3 patrol… It was awesome but the campaign was short and as far as I remember there was no skirmish/play with PC.
- Comment on OpenAI plans to announce Google search competitor on Monday, sources say 6 months ago:
What would open AI offer that Google aren’t doing? I feel like they keep fixing something that wasn’t broken and now they can’t go back to the old good search engine.

- Comment on YouTube now suggests new content *by colour* 9 months ago:
I wonder if they are doing something worse and just overshadowing it with this weird change. Like we are using your data for training AI with no opt out BUT look at this random color picker! Don’t mind the first part, LOOK! COLORS!
- Comment on YouTube now suggests new content *by colour* 9 months ago:
Why do you have the official app? I can never go back to normal youtube with all the in your face ads. Soon I’ll stop using pixel phones if Google doesn’t stop forcing me to buy google drive/photos subscription.
- Comment on HP sued (again) for blocking third-party ink from printers, accused of monopoly 10 months ago:
A lot of things get hacked or tweaked. People make CNC machines out of random motors. I wish someone makes an open source paper printer.

- Comment on Scientists discover the first new antibiotics in over 60 years using AI 10 months ago:
I hope someone is trying AI on the other end. Meaning AI to help doctors to become better antibiotic stewards. But I do know there’s less funding/incentive to do preventative measures than sellable drugs.

- Comment on Lemmy is one of the most annoying social media sites if you're not an american 1 year ago:
I use sync and I can block instances, communities, user and even filter out words. I would filter “Trump”, “Republican”, “PP”, etc. When I see it often and is annoying I’ll filter it out. Like when memes community were too much for me they all get blocked.
