Yeah, butt stuff with an audience was pretty weird.
They were all lovely though, so it was okay. Man, that’d be a weird job!

Man that guy can do some faces
- Comment on Karaoke place 1 week ago:
I had one with no painkillers or sedatives - it was uncomfortable but fine!
- Comment on Is "disk" just a different spelling of "disc" or are they actually different words? 1 week ago:
There’s nothing wrong with over thinking a shitpost, right?
- Comment on Is "disk" just a different spelling of "disc" or are they actually different words? 1 week ago:
But that doesn’t cover the round storage we call compact discs. It’s just nonsensical
- Comment on xkcd #2979: Sky Alarm 2 weeks ago:
…but isn’t that what we have you for?
Sorry, I’m just being a wanker. It’d be a shame to waste this superpower!
- Comment on DuckDuckGoose 3 weeks ago:
Yeah I was thinking farming geese has got to be complicated and awful work.
Entertaining for the neighbours though!
- Comment on Bill! BILL! Bill! BILL! 3 weeks ago:
Most people don’t actually past attention to their senses - I think the brain happily filters it all it out.
I think as I’m getting older, I’m either more aware or it’s getting worse
- Comment on Do you prefer to buy games on Steam or GOG? 3 weeks ago:
I go clientless with GOG, too - but their download speed was atrocious every time I tried. Steam nails that, unfortunately…
Infuriatingly, steams constant updates and massive start up delays (we have multiple users with different accounts) straight up sucks - we’d be better off suffering the one-off download delays, really.
Cloud saves are amazing, but I try and launch stuff not through steam as its just a slow, bloated old mess I can’t stand dealing with (I’m also quite OK with migrating data around computers and keeping it stored safely)

Yeah, that’s some shit
- Comment on Phew, I was wondering if the M11 3 weeks ago:
Yeah, it’s a real trick for young players. Once you get one of the multi layered/ 3D keyboards, switching between the Ms and Fs is a lot easier.

- Comment on Aluminum 1 month ago:
Steel is fucking rad and I do hope to get onto to a plush steel frame one day, but I’m loving my alum lately.
Most of the weight is not in the frame, it’s in the stupid big tyres and suspension (and the fatass on top!)
Carbon was fun, but so fragile and the lightness really didn’t change much (because of the above - the frame was beautifully light but it didn’t change the overall weight much) It is very repairable, though, much to my surprise

- Comment on Boredom 1 month ago:
Yeah, this is it - were addicted to distraction.
Boredom is actually a really powerful problem solving motivator (that we’re sorely lacking lately, thanks to social cancer and phones etc).
Try spending a few days only using your phone for important phone stuff, not entertainment and see
- Comment on Stretcher Men is a comedy game about carrying a dying man across the hills without dropping him 1 month ago:
Well that’s certainly a novel angle. If it’s not too complicated to get the hang of, it could be great in a party/drinking game situation

Nah, I love those things.
That horrible abortive fiat multipla, however, will always gather my scorn. Even when discontinued, it was just that ugly with it’s 6 headlights and two noses
