@RanaldClouston @bookstodon Agree! I generally like their work, but this one was a slog. I just figured I wasn't steeped enough in political theory to "get" it all.
Love the SF Masterworks series though—I've been working my way through them... Some greats, some duds!

I generally don't even start anything over 450 pages anymore. 😜
