How about a scientific discussion instead of basing judgement on where the paper is posted?
A rescaling of the distance measure (luminosity vs comoving distance) does not affect homogeneity, isotropy, nor angular fluctuations. The 'errors' (if any) made by Sylos Labini++ don't change their conclusion.
Sawala's paper only shows consistency of the isotropy assumption with the isotropic simulation of FLAMINGO, i.e. it's a tautology.
