Vivaldi Blogs uses Wordpress, probably the most common blogging tool there is.

I recommend you start by reading the docs and trying out stuff to see how it works. You can't really "break" anything.
I also highly recommend switching to the Classic Editor in settings, the block editor is a mess to use.

To answer your question: At the top right of the editor is the Publish section where you can change the status and visibility of a post. You can of course simply delete (Move to trash) a post as well, you can also do that from the All Posts view.

Wordpress is relatively easy to use and has lots of nice features, but like everything else there's definitely a learning curve. I've used WP for over 20 years so I'm over the worst 🙂
