There was only two pilots from the airline. The manufacture had eight people from their testing department, of which at least two were likely pilots as well, if not more.

On board the plane was a cockpit crew of eight people from Airbus’s testing division, accompanied by two Qantas pilots. Two Airbus engineers were also on board.
